Anchored on the standards that Ayala Land has been known for, Amara offers its residents with world-class facilities and amenities. These amenities enable you and your family to experience comfortable resort-style living. These amenities can be categorized as Leisure Amenities, Sports Amenities and Village Facilities.

For leisure amenities, there is the Grand Clubhouse. The clubhouse is the ideal spot for hosting events and other important functions. It has a large Grand Ballroom area with 221 square meters in size. A separate function room is available for smaller events at 97.5 square meters. There is also a pantry area, 8 parking slots, and an administration office to facilitate the needs of those using the clubhouse.

Another popular spot and amenity in Amara is the Serenity Park. True to its name, this park is made with Asian-inspired and Zen design concepts. The entire park measures at more than 2,655 square meters in land area. Hence, it is a very large park with lots of green and open spaces to explore. Other features of the Serenity Park include a fish pond, Asian gazebos, Zen landscape and stepping pads. If you are looking for another green space, head to Phase 3A to find the Picnic Grove. There are wooden tables and chairs available for you to have picnic with your family while enjoying the lush mahogany tree landscape around you.

The sports amenities available for residents of Amara to enjoy also support the residents’ active lifestyle. While this seaside residential community is all about resort-inspired lifestyle, it is also committed to helping residents stay healthy and fit.
